Moba4d Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Online Betting Platform Rules

This page contains the full terms and conditions for using the moba4d platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By using the moba4d platform, you agree to comply with all rules set out here.

Registering with false information or using another person's identity is a serious violation that may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
MYR Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on moba4d are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, GrabPay, Boost and ShopeePay. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to Malaysian bank accounts where the account holder's name matches the name on your moba4d account.
Transparent Bonus Terms
All moba4d bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements clearly stated in each offer. Players who claim a bonus must fulfil the rollover requirement before making a withdrawal. moba4d reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through illegitimate means or in breach of these terms.
Shared Account Security

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
The basis of the agreement between players and moba4d

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the moba4d platform, you fully and unconditionally agree to all terms and conditions on this page. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as a player and moba4d as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the moba4d platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Important: These terms are written in Malay for the convenience of Malaysian players. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict, moba4d's interpretation shall be final.

Moba4d reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via email or in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

moba4d Member Eligibility
Age, location and registration eligibility requirements

The moba4d platform is open only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

  • Aged 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and during use of the platform.
  • Located or residing in Malaysia when accessing the moba4d platform.
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Not an employee, agent, partner, or immediate family member of a moba4d employee.
  • Never previously banned from playing by moba4d.
Warning: Registration by individuals under the age of 18 is a serious violation. moba4d reserves the right to request age verification at any time and will close the account and forfeit all balances if a player is found to be underage.

Moba4d reserves the right to request proof of identity, age and address at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, passport or other valid identification documents.

Registration & Account Management
Account rules, passwords and information privacy

Each player is only permitted to register and maintain one account only at moba4d. Holding multiple accounts — whether in your own name, using another person's details, or through any other means — is a violation that will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals.

  • All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
  • The name on your moba4d account must match the name on the payment method you use.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
  • Never share your login details with anyone, including family members.
  • Contact moba4d immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Security: We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added account security. You can turn this on in your account settings.

Moba4d reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account for verification, investigation or technical reasons. Players will be notified via their registered email, and moba4d will work to resolve any issues promptly.

Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your name. moba4d does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as coming from a source that does not match the account name may be declined and returned.

Attention: Do not make deposits through intermediaries or using another person's bank account. moba4d is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised transactions.

Withdrawal of Winnings
Withdrawal terms, process and limits

Players may withdraw eligible account balances at any time, subject to the following conditions:

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
  • Withdrawals are only processed to a Malaysian bank account whose account holder name matches the name on your moba4d account.
  • The first withdrawal requires a completed identity verification (KYC).
  • Any bonus that has not yet met its rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is fulfilled.
  • Moba4d processes withdrawals within 15 minutes for approved requests.
Time Note: In exceptional circumstances such as security reviews or high-volume periods, withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Please contact customer support if your withdrawal has not been processed after this period.

Moba4d reserves the right to suspend or decline a withdrawal if suspicious activity is detected, an investigation is ongoing, or the player has not completed the required verification process. In such cases, the player will be notified via their registered email address.

Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme
Rollover requirements, bonus betting limits and validity period

Moba4d offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated in the respective offer. The general terms that apply to all moba4d bonuses are as follows:

  • Rollover/Turnover: Each bonus must be wagered in full up to the specified rollover amount before any withdrawal is permitted. Standard rollover requirements range from 5x to 30x depending on the bonus type.
  • Validity period: Bonuses have a set validity period. Any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically.
  • Betting limit: While meeting bonus rollover requirements, a maximum bet limit per wager may apply. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being voided.

Betting & Game Rules
General terms for Sports Betting, slots and Live Casino

All bets placed on the moba4d platform are subject to the following general rules, as well as the specific rules applicable to each game category:

  • Confirmed bets may not be cancelled or amended except under circumstances specified by moba4d.
  • Moba4d reserves the right to void any bets placed based on incorrect odds or information resulting from technical or human error.
  • For Sports Betting — Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton and other sports — bets are valid only when the match takes place as scheduled. Postponed or cancelled matches are subject to specific settlement rules.
  • In Live Casino games such as baccarat, roulette and blackjack, the dealer's outcome is final once the round is completed.
  • Any technical disruption during gameplay will be resolved based on moba4d's server records, which are considered accurate and final.
  • The use of bots, automation software or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited.

Account Suspension & Closure
Reasons and procedures for account closure

Moba4d reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time and without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
  • Multiple account ownership.
  • Fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity.
  • Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
  • Bonus abuse or system exploitation.
  • Threats, harassment or abusive behaviour directed at staff or other players.
  • At the player's own request (self-exclusion).

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, all balances in the account including winnings and bonuses may be forfeited by moba4d. moba4d's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances is limited to the player's net deposit amount over the 12 months preceding the claim, or RM1,000, whichever is lower, except in cases involving gross negligence or wilful fraud on the part of moba4d.

Moba4d reserves the right to amend, update or replace these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via their registered email or in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect, unless the amendment is required by law or to address an immediate security threat.
